About me
I am Rauno Heinla. I started with strongman sport in the year 2000 and since then i have competed in Estonia and all over the world. Having a long term experiences I also became certified personal trainer. With my experience and results in international as well as national competitions (Arnold Brazil winner 2017, Arnold Australia winner 2018, Deadlift world championship winner 2019 and 6-times national champion) I am offering tailored strength programming to support athletes on different levels based on available equipment and existing fitness routine.
